Schedule B of the preliminary title commitment shows items of record which the property is being purchased subject to, including any Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's) of record pertaining to the homeowner's association, if any. Easements will also be listed in this section and should be reviewed.

 

The Homeowner’s Assoc./Management Co. will also send these to you either in the form of hard copies or an email link, together with all of their other financial documents and disclosures that we do not have access to through public records.
